I am a Lecturer in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Southampton and a Visiting Fellow at London School of Economics (LSE). Before joining the University of Southampton in 2024, I was a Fellow in International Migration and Public Policy at LSE and I also taught at the LSE School of Public Policy.
My research and teaching focus on the examination and analysis of policy, especially as it pertains to the implementation of migration and refugee asylum policies.
I completed my PhD in 2020 at the European Institute, London School of Economics. I also hold an MPhil in Social Psychology from the University of Cambridge, and an MA in Sociology and a BA in Communications from the University of California, Riverside. I am an Associate Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy.
